1. Are your products really 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee?
Yes. All of our products are 100% Real Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee. Our factory, Mavis Bank Central, is Jamaica's largest and only fully integrated Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee facility. Our coffee is certified by the Jamaican Coffee Industry Board.

2. Is your company located in Jamaica?
Yes. We are nestled in the beautiful Blue Mountains, approximately 3,000 feet above sea level.

3. "How do I place an order online?"
To place an order, simply add all desired items to your shopping cart. To place any of the items in a shopping cart, simply click on its price on its individual product page under "add to cart." You may change quantities by clicking on the ‘+’ or ‘-' buttons located beside the item. The system will automatically calculate the total quantity for you. To remove an item, simply click on the ‘remove’ button next to the item, and the item will be removed from the shopping cart. Once complete, please hit the 'checkout' button.

4. I don't like ordering online. Can I order by phone?

5. How will I know that my order has been confirmed online?
Upon completion of your online order, the system will show you a confirmation page summarizing your order, including a confirmation number. You can print this page for your files. We will also send an order confirmation email with the same summary to the email address noted in your order.

6. How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order anytime during Checkout by clicking "Cancel." You can also cancel an order after you've completed it, provided that we have not already finished processing the order for shipment
If you need to change an existing order, you can either cancel* the order and place a new one, or you can place a new order for the items that you did not include in the first order.

7. When will my order ship?
We usually take 1 business day to ship out orders placed during our operating hours of Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm. Orders that are placed after operating hours or on weekends, will be shipped out on the next business day. Orders that are placed during peak seasons; it may take 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped.

8. How do I know if my order is backordered and what happens next?
Most customers are notified via email of when an item is backordered. Please allow 2-3 business days for notification.

All orders are processed and shipped from our Jamaican Headquarters in Mavis Bank.

10. How long will it take for my products to arrive?
Arrival times vary according to destination and the shipping method selected. Delivery times typically range from 5-10 days but we ask that you allow a maximum of 14 days for delivery.

11. Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. All of our products are shipped from our Jamaican Headquarters and therefore all shipments leaving the island are considered International.

12. Do you ship locally i.e. in and around Jamaica?
No. Our products are carried through out the island in fine grocery stores and therefore it would be more cost efficient for customers to make a purchase at one of these stores.

13. How do I get a refund/exchange?
All products come with our Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please contact us via telephone to exchange product or return it for a full refund.
